Installation Fee
A one-time, non-refundable $500 installation fee is required before service setup begins. This fee is applied as a deposit toward your first month’s invoice.

Monthly Management Fee
A monthly fee of $2,000 is charged for the continued use, hosting, support, and maintenance of the AI agent. This fee is billed in advance each month.

Failure to pay may result in the suspension or termination of your AI agent and associated services.

All pricing is subject to change with 30 days’ notice. Any changes will be communicated via email.

4. Refund Policy

  • The installation fee is non-refundable

  • Monthly fees are non-refundable unless there is a confirmed issue on our part and a resolution cannot be reached

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@ai-generated.store

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, training materials, and AI agent scripts created by AI-Generated remain the intellectual property of AI-Generated unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not duplicate, resell, or distribute our content, services, or AI agent configurations without explicit permission.

All third-party content used to train your AI agent (e.g., your website copy, documents, FAQs) remains your property and is used solely for the purpose of delivering the service.

Our agents are built and hosted using a third-party platform (currently Chatbase), and any limitations or restrictions imposed by that platform are outside of our control. However, the customization, training process, and client-facing design are developed and maintained by AI-Generated.

6. Client Responsibilities


Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information for training and service delivery

  • Review and approve agent responses prior to publishing

  • Inform AI-Generated of any requested changes, errors, or updates

  • Maintain their own website access and cooperate with embedding or integration steps

7. Disclaimers


AI-Generated makes every effort to ensure that agents operate correctly and deliver professional responses. However, we do not guarantee specific business results or lead volumes.

AI-generated responses are based on the training material provided and may require adjustments over time. We are not liable for any content errors, misinterpretations, or business outcomes that result from use of the agent.
